Hector had this to say on his appointment:
I am so delighted and excited to have the opportunity of exploring the string orchestra repertoire with the wonderful Edinburgh Chamber Orchestra. I hope I can support their lifelong connection to music and that together, we might create a joyful and fulfilling journey based around curiosity and understanding. At concerts and during the interview process, I found EChO to be a warm, welcoming community and I would encourage any amateur musicians wanting an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in an environment where you will be supported in developing your artistic practice or in rekindling your love of music, to get in contact. The 2025-26 Season is going to be fantastic!
